By accessing or using InvoiceApp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceApp is a web-based tool that allows users to create, manage, and download professional PDF invoices. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

  • You may create one free invoice without an account.
  • To create unlimited invoices, you must register for an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create fraudulent invoices
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceApp. Your invoice data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the content you create.

6. Data, Privacy & Analytics

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein, including the use of Google Analytics for usage analysis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Generated invoices will meet any specific legal or tax requirements in your jurisdiction

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvoiceApp from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
